Tony English MIOM,
Group Managing Director
Tony has been with the business a total of 19 years, with 12 years spent as a senior recruitment consultant. He led the management buyout in 1996 and has been responsible for group-wide direction and strategy since that time.  Tony previously had senior roles in Matchbox Toys UK managing global production, planning and inventory control. He was educated to degree/post graduate level in Business Studies and Operational Research, together with study at Cranfield Business School.
 
Neil Lovatt-Smith FCA,
Group Finance Director
Neil is a highly experienced chartered accountant who has been involved with a variety of business sectors from engineering to financial services.
 
Viki Maguire, 
Director of Recruitment
With fifteen years experience within recruitment across Permanent and Interim Markets Viki has covered a diverse range of professions and markets including Commercial, Industrial, Response Management, Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics.
 
Lucy Harding,
Head of Recruitment - Permanent
Lucy has 6 years recruitment experience within the procurement and supply chain profession with Purcon  following an earlier career in procurement in the manufacturing sector.
 
Julie Harris,
Head of Recruitment -Interim
With fifteen years experience in recruitment in England, Scotland and Australia, Julie has covered a diverse range of professions including purchasing and supply chain, accounting, law and financial services. She has a degree in politics and an MBA and has worked in various Commercial Management roles across Permanent and Interim Recruitment and Research.
 

Phil Donbavand,
Head of Recruitment - Supply Chain

Purcon has appointed Phil Donbavand as the Head of Supply Chain Division. Phil joins Purcon with the knowledge and expertise gained through 9 years of working in mid to senior level Supply Chain recruitment, and is responsible for managing a team of ex-Supply Chain professionals and specialist Supply Chain recruiters, who between them, have in excess of 30 years Supply Chain experience.

 

Gert Maddens,
Director Belgium

Created the first full Purchasing Training Program in 1990 for the Belgian market which is still being taught to this day.  After 3 years of purchasing experience in engineering and food processing industry, he created also the first supply chain interim management company in Benelux in 1993.  Founder of the Purcon Belgium branch in 1998.

Andrzej Pieniazek
Head of Operations - Poland
With an engineering background and over 25 years of practical industrial experience in Germany, Andrzej went through several corporate positions in R & D, Logistics, Electronics Engineering and Consulting before setting up his own company in 1996 in the field of Space Engineering. Following this he focused on actively supporting new developments in Poland and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Purcon, Andrzej worked in recruitment and executive search in Poland where he successfully developed a specialist purchasing and supply chain management recruitment consultancy
