Procurement Manager

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced procurement manager to join our client’s Corporate Procurement Team. The department has significant influence across £170 million of UK business services spend.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting into the strategic direction and management of the team and optimisation of external spend with third party suppliers relating to specific indirect categories of expenditure.

They will manage a small team of Category Managers and influence supplier relationships and business projects whilst meeting business requirements, achieving best overall value and minimising risk. They will liaise with key stakeholders building influence and co-ordinating procurement projects within assigned spend categories across multiple business areas of the UK Group.
