In addition to rigorous technical procurement skills this role will require someone with a very strong sense of commerciality who can apply a consultative style, be creative and show understanding/empathy for different stakeholder needs. They will also need excellent leadership ability to ultimately own the procurement function across the group and lead cross-functional teams.
