Group Sourcing Manager (Non-Food)
With your experience in category buying and your ambition to acquire further skills in non-food purchasing, this role will offer you all the challenge and variety you could want. Responsible for managing a broad portfolio of products, you’ll work closely with our internal food and commercial teams in order to deliver the highest standard of service. Accountable for the delivery of commercial savings and improved quality, you’ll use your imaginative approach to finding solutions and be responsible for specific projects within and between our restaurant brands. Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, you’ll also spend time in the restaurants engaging staff and customers in order to build strong relationships and a better understanding of needs and demands.
To join our innovative team, you should have substantial purchasing and category buying experience in a FMCG environment. Highly organised, focused and professional, you should also have excellent negotiation and analytical skills and be able to communicate with ease and confidence to a broad range of people.
